As of November 4, 2013, Members 1st Credit Union is requesting all members registered for Online Banking to transition their Online Banking username from their account number to a unique username. This transition will result in enhanced member security by limiting the visibility and archiving of member account numbers.
How does this affect me?
If you already have a unique username for Online Banking access that is not your account number and meets the username requirements below, you need to take no further action.
If you are currently accessing Online Banking using your account number as your username or a unique username that does not meet the username requirements below, you will be asked to create a qualified username upon your next login to Online Banking.
If you are not currently registered for Online Banking, you need to take no further action; however, we highly recommend that you register for Online Banking access at membersonline.org/online for quick access to account information, view transactions, conduct online transfers, and utilize free Bill Pay services.
For added security, when creating your new username, we request that you use a minimum of 5 characters with a minimum of 1 text character and 1 numeric character.
Examples: (john1, jane2, j1234, etc.)
If you need assistance modifying or creating your username, or just have general questions, please call (530) 222-6060 or (800) 303-3838.
